A SWOT-Type can be linked to any number of Model Elements.
You can modify the references between SWOT-Types and Model Elements in the SWOT perspective -> SWOT view. For this, drag SWOT-Types from the SWOT view via drag & drop to the affected Model Elements in your plan.
In the Details view of the respective SWOT-Type you can delete the references by activating the context menu in the list Related Model Elements and clicking on the unlink button.
