Creating Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

There are different ways to create Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities or Threats:

1. In the SWOT view, which is located in the SWOT perspective, are two possibilities to create Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities or Threats:
   
   
   
   1. Activate with a right-click the context menu of the folder for which you want to create a new Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat and choose, depending on what you want to create, New → Strenght..., Weakness..., Opportunity..., Threat...
      
   
   
   
   
   2. Choose with a left click the folder for which you want to create a new Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat and choose, depending on what you want to create, New → Strenght..., Weakness..., Opportunity..., Threat... in the view menu next to the toolbar.
      
   
   
   
   
   This launches the forms editor where you can enter, according to the previously made selection, the Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities or Threats.

   
   
   

2. In the plan editor in the context menu of a plan element are three possibilities to create Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities or Threats:
   
   
   1. Activate with a right-click the context menu of the plan element for which you want to create a new Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat and choose, depending on what you want to create, New → Strenght..., Weakness..., Opportunity..., Threat...
      
   
   
   
   
   2. Activate the context menu with a right-click on the plan element in the repository and select, depending on what you want to create, New → Strenght..., Weakness..., Opportunity..., Threat...
      
   
   
   3. Select the element graph in the fast view, activate with a right-click the context menu of the plan element for which you want to create a new Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat and choose, depending on what you want to create, New → Strenght..., Weakness..., Opportunity..., Threat...
      
   
   This will launch the dialogue Choose parent object. Choose the folder where you wish to create the Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity or Threat and confirm your choice by clicking on the OK button. This launches the forms editor where you can enter, according to the previously made selection, the Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities or Threats.
