Creating a Folder

You create a folder at the root level or within any other folder.

To create a root folder:

1. Activate the SWOT view in the SWOT perspective.
2. Click on the button New → Folder on Root Level... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on any folder or SWOT-Attribute and select the entry New → Folder on Root Level... in the context menu.

To create a new folder within an existing folder:

1. Activate the SWOT view in the SWOT perspective.
2. Select the folder in which you want to create a new folder.
3. Click on the button New → Folder... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the folder in which you want to create a new folder and select the entry New → Folder... in the context menu.

Now, the forms editor opens for the creation of new folders.
Enter the name of the folder and, optionally, a description and save the entry.
