Copying Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats

Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats can be copied not only within a project, but also from one project into another.

In order to copy a Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat:

  1. Activate the SWOT view in the SWOT perspective.
  2. Select the Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats you wish to copy with the left mouse button.
  3. Choose the entry Edit -> Copy in the main menu or use the shortcut displayed in the main menu. Alternatively you can pick the entry Copy in the context popup menu.
  4. Now, select a folder into which you want to insert the copied Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats and choose the entry Edit -> Paste in the main menu respectively use the shortcut displayed for this operation. Alternatively you can pick the entry Paste in the context popup menu.
