Strenghts/Weaknesses can be exported to MS Excel™. They correspond to the lines on MS Excel™ sheets and can be divided, according to their affiliation with folders, into different MS Excel™ sheets.
The Excel Strenghts Template resp. Excel Weaknesses Template are sophisticated tools developed to help you collect and manage your Strenghts/Weaknesses. Each Strenght or Weakness corresponds to one line whereas the columns are the attributes of an Strenght/Weakness.
To export Strenghts/Weaknesses perform a right click on the root node of the project and select Export... in the context menu. This will launch the export wizard.
Select Data of type Strenght to Microsoft Excel resp. Data of type Weakness to Microsoft Excel on the first page and click Next. On the following page you may specify the file to export to. After that, the page follows to specify filters for the export.
By appplying filters, you can define which Strenghts/Weaknesses are to be exported and which not. Finally, click Finish to export the Strenghts/Weaknesses.
