Opportunities/Threats can be exported to MS Excel™. They correspond to the lines on MS Excel™ sheets and can be divided, according to their affiliation with folders, into different MS Excel™ sheets.
The Excel Opportunities Template resp. Excel Threats Template are sophisticated tools developed to help you collect and manage your Opportunities/Threats. Each Opportunity or Threat corresponds to one line whereas the columns are the attributes of an Opportunity/Threat.
To export Opportunities/Threats perform a right click on the root node of the project and select Export... in the context menu. This will launch the export wizard.
Select Data of type Opportunity to Microsoft Excel resp. Data of type Threat to Microsoft Excel on the first page and click Next. On the following page you may specify the file to export to. After that, the page follows to specify filters for the export.
By appplying filters, you can define which Opportunities/Threats are to be exported and which not. Finally, click Finish to export the Opportunities/Threats.
