Managing Notes on Requirements
You can add notes to a requirement.
To create a note for a requirement...

Activate the Requirements view either
in the Overview or
Requirements perspective

Select the requirement for which you want to create a note and
activate the context menu by clicking with the right mouse button

In the popup context menu select New→Note....
Now, you can create a new requirement note in the
forms editor for notes.

Please note, that you can only created notes if at least one note
category is available.
There are two possibilities to edit a note on a requirement:

- Select the desired note with the left mouse button
- Select File -> Properties in the main menu or use the indicated hotkey.

Activate the Requirements view either
in the Overview or
Requirement Management perspective.

Select the note you wish to edit and activate the context menu
by clicking with the right mouse button.
In the popup context menu select Properties.
Alternatively, you may edit the desired note by double-clicking it.

Now, you can edit the note in the forms editor.
There are two possibilities to delete a requirement:

- Select the desired note with the left mouse button
- Select Edit -> Delete in the main menu or use the indicated hotkey.

Activate the Requirements view either in
the Overview or
Requirement Management perspective.

Select the note you wish to delete and activate the context menu
by clicking with the right mouse button

Select Delete in the popup context menu.
