A publication can refer to any number of model elements.
You can modify the references between publications and model elements in the Change Documentation perspective -> Publications view. For this, drag the publications from the Publications view via drag & drop to the affected model elements in your plan.
In the Details view of the respective publication you can delete the references by activating the context menu in the list Related Model Elements and clicking on the Unlink button.
