You can modify the references between changes and publications in the Change Documentation perspective -> Changes view. There are two possibilities to refer changes to publications.
Position the Changes view and the Publications view by shifting per drag & drop side by side. Drag the changes from the Changes view via drag & drop to the Publications view directly to the affected version of the relevant publication.
Open the desired version of the affected publication in edit mode. Drag the changes from the Changes view via drag & drop to the properties of the version directly on the area for changes.
By clicking on the minus sign behind the name of the project information you can delete the reference.
