A change can refer to any number of model elements.
You can modify the references between changes and model elements in the Change Documentation perspective -> Changes view. For this, drag the changes from the Changes view via drag & drop to the affected model elements in your plan.
In the Details view of the respective change you can delete the references by activating the context menu in the list Related Model Elements and clicking on the Unlink button.
