Creating a new Version

You have the opportunity to create different versions within any publication.

To create a new version within a publication...

1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
2. Select the publication in which you want to create a new version.
3. Do a right-click on the publication in which you want to create a new version and select the entry New → Version... in the context menu.

Now, the forms editor opens for the creation of a new version. Enter the Name of the version and save your entries.
