Creating a Publications Folder

You create a publications folder at the root level or within any other publications folder.

To create a root publications folder...

  1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
  2. Click on the button New → Publications Folder on Root Level... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on any folder, publication or version and select the entry New → Publications Folder on Root Level... in the context menu.

To create a new publications folder within an existing publications folder...

  1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
  2. Select the publications folder in which you want to create a new publications folder.
  3. Click on the button New → Publications Folder... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on the publications folder in which you want to create a new publications folder and select the entry New → Publications Folder... in the context menu.

Now, the forms editor opens for the creation of new publications folders. Enter the Title of the publications folder and save your entries.
