Creating a Coordination

You create a coordination at the root level, within any publications folder or in a version.

To create a root coordination...

  1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
  2. Click on the button New → Coordination on Root Level... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on any folder, publication or other item and select the entry New → Coordination on Root Level... in the context menu.

To create a new coordination within an existing publications folder or a version...

  1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
  2. Select the publications folder or version in which you want to create a new coordination.
  3. Click on the button New → Coordination... in the view menu next to the toolbar.

Alternatively, you can right-click on he publications folder or version in which you want to create a new coordination and select the entry New → Coordination... in the context menu.

Now, the forms editor opens for the creation of new coordinations. Choose the Coordination partner and save your entries.
