Copying a Publications Folder

Publications folders can be copied not only within a project, but also from one project into another. All publications contained in the publications folder are included when copying.

In order to copy a publications folder ...

1. Activate the Publications view in the Change Documentation perspective.
2. Select the publications folder you want to copy with the left mouse button.
3. Choose the entry Edit -> Copy in the main menu or use the shortcut displayed in the main menu.
4. Now, select a publications folder into which you want to insert the copied publications folder and choose the entry Edit -> Paste in the main menu respectively use the shortcut displayed for this operation.
