Changes can be exported to MS Excel™. They correspond to the lines on MS Excel™ sheets and can be divided, according to their affiliation with change sets, into different MS Excel™ sheets.
The Excel Changes Template is a sophisticated tool developed to help you collect and manage your changes. Each change corresponds to one line whereas the columns are the attributes of a change.
To export Changes perform a right click on the root node of the project and select Export... in the context menu. This will launch the export wizard.
Select Data of type Change to Microsoft Excel on the first page and click Next. On the following page you may specify the file to export to. After that, the page follows to specify filters for the export.
By appplying filters, you can define which Changes are to be exported and which not. Finally, click Finish to export the Changes.
