Editing Note Categories

You can define the categories for requirement notes for each project on your own. Follow the steps below in order to create or edit a note category:

• Open the overview perspective or the requirement management perspective.
• Open the menu in the requirements view and select Edit note categories...
  
• Now a dialog for editing the note categories appears.
  
  You'll find different possibilities to create or edit note categories here:
  1. Select Add... to create a new note category. Enter a name for the category in the following dialog.
  2. Select a note category from the fields on the left and click Rename... to change the name of the category.
  3. Select an unused note category from the field on the left and click Delete to remove the category from your project.
