The templates repository contains templates for the plan elements supported in a plan. You can easily add a new plan element by dragging a template onto a plan that is open in edit mode.
By default, it is located in the left section of the screen, right where the Project Navigator is. Please note that the templates are disabled if the active Plan Editor is running in browsing mode or when no Plan Editor is open at all.
To add a plan element to the plan, simply drag one of the templates onto the plan.
When you add a plan element that may be a Unique Element a dialog will appear.
