Viewing Older Versions of an Issue

Please note: this is not possible in the Professional Edition.

Whenever you change an issue and upload the changes to the server, the version counter of the issue is automatically increased. You can, at any time, compare the most recent version with one of its older revisions.

To compare an issue with one of its earlier versions...

1. Activate the Issues view in the Issue Management perspective
2. Select the issue whose history you want to see and activate the context menu with the right mouse button
3. Select the entry Show revisions in the context popup menu
4. This will launch a dialog that allows you to compare the current version of the issue with any of its earlier versions

Attention: Issue versions created in 3.3 or in earlier Cockpit releases are shown in the history viewer, but the responsible stakeholder and any possibly existing notes are not available for these versions.
