Fields of an Issue

ID

The ID of the issue. This is a mandatory field. An ID can only be assigned to one issue.

Title

The title of the issue. This is a mandatory field.

Description

The description for the issue.

Priority

The priority of the issue. The priority can be high, medium, low or empty.

Status

The status of the issue. The status can have one of the following values:

• Open - the issue is currently open, that is, it has not been assigned yet
• Assigned - the issue is assigned to an engineer, but not in work yet
• In Progress - work on this issue is currently in progress
• Closed - work on the issue is completed and the issue was closed
• Reopened - the issue was reopened
• Deprecated - the issue is deprecated

Owner

The owner of the issue, that is, the engineer the issue is assigned to.

Due Date

The due date of the issue.
