Issues can be exported to MS Excel™. Issues correspond to the lines on MS Excel™ sheets. The partitioning of issues into different MS Excel™ sheets reflects the affiliation of issues to issue sets.
The Excel Issue Template is a sophisticated tool developed to help you collect and manage your issues. Each issue corresponds to one line whereas the columns are the attributes of an issue.
To export issues select the project and click on Export... in the context menu or in Eclipse™'s File menu. This will launch the export wizard.
Select Data of type Issue to Microsoft Excel on the first page and click Next. On this page you may specify the file to export to. The following page lets you specify filters for the export.
By appplying filters, you can define which issues or issue sets are to be exported and which not. Finally, click Finish to export the issues.
