You can have a look at the change history of a project in the projects property dialog. Therefor select the project within the project navigator and right-click to open the context menu. Select Properties to open the properties dialog. Now you can select the entry Project History on the left side of the dialog.
The project history provides one entry for each change that has been commited to the server. Each entry consists of the version number, the date of change, the name of the person who comitted the changes and a comment for the changes.
