Exporting a Project Template

You can export existing projects into a project template. The project template can be used for creating new projects with the same contents later on.

Project templates are stored in files with file name suffix *.act.

A project template contains all

• Stakeholders
• Roles
• Folders
• Current plans
• Global elements
• Project data and
• InfoLinks

To create a project template, select an open project in the Project Navigator, right-click it to open the context menu and select Export.... Select Project template in the following dialog.
