Plans can be exported in external files in ARCWAY Cockpit. The files that arise from the export can be imported in any existing project in ARCWAY Cockpit.
The export feature allows for exporting single plans as well as exporting the whole directory structure or a part of the structure in a project.
First choose the source for the export from the project navigator. The source can be the project, a folder within the project or a single plan. Now, start the export wizard via right-clicking on the source entry and selecting Export... from the context menu. On the first wizard page select the entry Plans to ARCWAY Cockpit Plan File und click Next.
On the second wizard page you can see a list of all folders and plans that can be exported from the location in the project you selected before. Now, you can select the plans and directories that you want to export. You can enter the a file name for each plan on the right side of the dialog. This will be the name under which the plan will be saved. Furthermore you can specify the target directory for the export on the bottom of the wizard page.
Click Finish to export all selected data to the target directory.
