Report Generation
The Report Tool generates
reports over the contents of a certain project.
The report can be generated as MS Word™,
HTML, OpenDocument Text or DocBook file. The report wizard assists you in customizing the
report.
Perform the following steps for creating a report:
- Select the project in the project navigator
- Right-click to open the context menu for the project node
- Select Generate Report.... This will open
the report wizard.
- Choose the format for the report from one of the options HTML, MS Word,
OpenDocument Text and DocBook XML. And specify the target file name for the generated report.

- Furthermore you can define the contents of the report from the
report wizard by using filters to determine which data is to be included.

- Click Finish to create the report.
The order of information within a generated report corresponds to the order
in the project navigator or in the views for project data, respectively.
