A diagnosis information packet is a zip archive with the information needed for a first well-founded error analysis:

• The (local) error log of the ARCWAY Cockpit installation
• The installed ARCWAY Cockpit license keys
• The version of the used ARCWAY Cockpit installation
• The version of the installed operating system
• The version of the used Java installation

The contents of the Cockpit projects are not included in the diagnosis information packet. However several fragments of the content of the Cockpit projects may end up as part of entries in the error log in an diagnosis information packet.
