Set the image format which is to be used to integrate plan graphics into a report. WMF is a vector-based format and offers thus higher quality, especially it is zoomable without loss of quality. However, since WMF is a Microsoft standard, it is not equally well supported on all platforms. Therefore the pixel-based format PNG can be used as an alternative, which is well-supported on all platforms.
Determine whether a cross link within a report should be followed by the page number of the link target. This option is especially useful for reports that are to be printed out and used in paper form, since in this case the cross links themselves can not be used.
Determine whether you want to be reminded each time after the report generation, that autotext fields potentially contained in the report must be updated manually, because this is not performed automatically during the report generation.
